SECTION 1: OUR POLICY

 Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

SECTION 2: ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products.

* Some health and personal care items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

*Any item not in its original condition, damaged product, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

SECTION 3: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

Note that items that meet any of the following criteria may not be eligible for return and may instead be rejected by artistic inspire

  • any item that was not bought via www.artisticinspire.com.
  • or any product that is returned without all of the original accessories, which may include the box, manuals, components, and any and all other things that were originally included with the product.
  • any product that exhibits signs of having been modified with or changed in any manner.
  • any product that does not correspond to the product that was first bought.
  • Any merchandise that is received more than 14 days after the date on which your request to return an item was granted 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

SECTION 4 RETURN PROCESSING TIME

There is no need for you to be concerned about anything at all since we will keep you informed through email regarding the progress of your return. Please allow us up to one week to evaluate and verify the contents of the package after we have received your return after it has been dispatched. This will take place after we have received your return after it has been shipped.

 

SECTION 5 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are being issued in the following cases:

  • The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, and model (evidence needed).
  • The item is used, defective, or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
  • The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
  • The shipment was lost in transit.
  • All purchases are final, therefore there are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
  • Before contacting us, please take a video or photo of the refundable product.

  

SECTION 6 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all that's been asked of you and you still have not received your refund after three months, please email service@artisticinspire.com

 

SECTION 7 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

SECTION 8 SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

SECTION 9 EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@artisticinspire.com
