Where do you provide shipping to?

In addition to shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we also offer international shipping.

How secure is my online order?

When you use your credit card to make an online transaction, all of your personal information is entered into a secure SSL-encrypted page on the website.

Our payment card provider validates and accepts your card once your information is encrypted using SSL and sent directly to their network. On our systems, we do not keep any information about your credit card.

How long does shipping take?

The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive depends on whatever shipping option you choose during the checkout process.

How can I track my package?

Once the package has been sent out, we will send you an email including your tracking number as well as the website where you can follow the package. We cannot be held liable for any delays that may occur as a result of your country's customs office.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

After the item has been completed or dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask that you adjust your shipping address to reflect your residence rather than your place of employment since we are unable to predict how long the customs agent at the destination will keep the shipment on hold.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Following the completion of the processing of your transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was provided during the placing of the purchase within a few brief seconds.

I have not received my purchase confirmation email
